ABC Bank has a long standing involvement with tennis in New York and is the major sponsor of the iconic New York event, the ABC Bank Classic.  The ABC Bank Classic is part of the Women's Tennis Association's (WTA) tour and is played in the first week of January each year at the ABC Bank Tennis Centre in New York.

In recent years, some of the world’s most iconic female athletes have headlined the ABC Bank Classic. Superstars such as Ana Ivanovic, Venus Williams and Caroline Wozniacki have wowed crowds and created a buzz around the tournament.
