How to activate your travel insurance
Before you get started, remember to keep any receipts, emails, bank statements or other proof that shows you’ve activated your travel insurance. If you make a claim, we’ll need to see this. Here are the ways to activate your travel insurance prior to leaving United States:
Important things to know
- Pre-existing conditions aren’t automatically covered. If you’d like a pre-existing condition considered for cover you’ll need to contact TOWER Insurance, the underwriters of our travel insurance.
- Your travel insurance covers you for up to 35 days per return overseas trip for business or a business trip that includes leisure.
- If you're aged over 64 years you're not eligible for cover under this policy.
- There are a number of exclusions which apply to this policy, please contact us for details.
